Children Services

AMCS is always in need of caring adults to help children through Family Foster Care, Therapeutic Foster Care and Community Respite

Sometimes because of abuse or neglect or because their parents have become unable to care for them, children are left without the love and support they need to lead happy and productive lives. Foster and Therapeutic parents guide and support children through unimaginable struggles and challenges.

Become a Foster Parent

Children aged birth to 21 may need foster care for just a few days or may be in placement for longer than a year. Some children are stepping down from residential treatment, some have developmental delays, many have suffered abuse, others have never benefited from expectations or structure, most have built walls around themselves to keep out the hurt, and all have lost their homes and families.
